Use of the site
Eligibility
By accessing or using go91club.com ("Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not barred from using the Site under applicable law in India or any other jurisdiction where you reside. If you do not meet these requirements, you must discontinue use immediately. 91 Club reserves the right to verify your age and identity at any time and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Permitted use
You may access the Site solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to copy, scrape, or harvest any content or data without prior written consent; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site's servers or connected systems; upload or transmit malicious code, defamatory, or unlawful material; use automated bots or scripts that degrade Site performance; impersonate any person or entity; or use the Site in any way that violates the laws of India or any other applicable jurisdiction, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules framed thereunder.
Account responsibilities
If you create an account on the Site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify 91 Club immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use. Where payments are processed via PhonePe, Google Pay, BHIM UPI, or any other supported gateway, you are responsible for ensuring that transaction details entered are accurate. 91 Club will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from erroneous payment information you provide.
Intellectual property
Ownership
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of 91 Club or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and all other applicable intellectual property laws of India and relevant international conventions. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of any Site content constitutes an infringement of these rights and may attract civil and criminal liability under Indian law.
Limited licence
91 Club grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit Site content; create derivative works; use data-mining or scraping tools; or download account information for any third party's benefit. Any use of the Site's content beyond what is expressly permitted here constitutes a breach of these Terms and may violate applicable intellectual property laws.
Trade marks
The name "91 Club", its logo, and all related product names and slogans are trade marks of 91 Club. You may not use any of these marks without prior written permission. All other trade marks or company names referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners. Nothing on the Site shall be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any licence to use any trade mark without the express written permission of 91 Club or the relevant third-party owner.
Limitation of liability
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all content, products, and services made available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 91 Club does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Site is entirely at your own risk.
Cap on liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 91 Club, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Site, even if 91 Club has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall 91 Club's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to 91 Club in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Third-party services
The Site may integrate with third-party payment processors such as PhonePe, GPay, or BHIM UPI. 91 Club is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Any transaction you conduct with a third-party processor is solely between you and that provider, and 91 Club accepts no liability for disputes, failed transactions, or data breaches that originate on third-party platforms.
