91 Club - Privacy Policy

Read the 91 Club privacy policy: what information we collect, how we use and protect it, your data-protection rights, and how to contact us with any privacy questions.

Information We Collect

Account and Registration Data

When you create a 91 Club account on go91club.com, we collect the personal details you provide directly: your full name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, and any government-issued identification, such as Aadhaar, PAN card, or Voter ID, required for identity and age verification under applicable Indian law. This information is necessary to open and maintain your account and to fulfil our KYC obligations under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).

Financial and Transaction Data

To process deposits, withdrawals, and in-app purchases, we collect payment details including UPI IDs linked to services such as PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), or BHIM, net banking credentials passed through your bank's secure portal, and wallet or transaction history within the 91 Club platform. Full payment card numbers are never stored on our servers; card transactions are routed exclusively through PCI-DSS-compliant payment partners. We retain records of every transaction for audit and regulatory compliance purposes.

Device, Usage, and Location Data

We automatically collect technical data each time you access our platform: IP address, device type and model, operating system, app version, unique device identifiers, session timestamps, features accessed, and clickstream data gathered via cookies and similar technologies. We may derive approximate location from your IP address or, where you grant explicit permission, collect GPS-precise location from your device to comply with jurisdiction-specific legal requirements and to detect unauthorised or fraudulent access attempts.

How We Use Your Information

Account Operations and Legal Compliance

We use your registration and identification data to create and secure your 91 Club account, authenticate your identity at login, and satisfy our legal obligations under the PMLA, IT Act, and other applicable Indian regulations. Identity verification through documents such as PAN or Aadhaar is mandatory before processing withdrawals above thresholds set by law. Without this data, we cannot legally operate your account or release funds.

Payment Processing and Fraud Prevention

Your financial data is used to execute deposits and withdrawals through supported payment channels, including PhonePe, GPay, BHIM UPI, and net banking, and to maintain accurate ledger records for each transaction. We analyse transaction patterns to detect and block fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account takeover attempts in real time. We do not sell, rent, or share your financial data with third parties for their own commercial purposes.

Personalisation, Analytics, and Communications

Device and usage data is analysed to improve platform performance, diagnose technical issues, and personalise the content and offers you see within 91 Club. We send service-related communications, such as transaction confirmations, security alerts, and policy updates, to all users. Where you have opted in, we may also send promotional messages about 91 Club features or offers; you may withdraw this consent at any time through your account notification settings or by contacting us directly.

Your Rights

Access, Correction, and Deletion

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete records, or request deletion of your account and associated data where we are not legally required to retain it. Certain financial and identity records must be kept for periods mandated by Indian law regardless of a deletion request; we will inform you of any such limitations when processing your request.

Consent Withdrawal and Objection

Where data processing is based on your consent, for example, receiving marketing communications or sharing location data, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You may also object to or request restriction of specific data processing activities while a complaint or correction request is under review. Withdrawal of consent for essential processing (such as KYC verification) will require account closure.

Data Protection and Complaints

Under the Information Technology (Amendment) Act and India's applicable data protection framework, you are entitled to protections governing how your personal data is collected, stored, and transferred. 91 Club is committed to responding to all verified data rights requests within 30 days of receipt. If you believe your rights have been violated and we have not resolved your concern satisfactorily, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
