91 Club - Responsible Gaming

91 Club responsible gaming: how to set deposit and time limits, recognise problem-gambling warning signs, self-exclude, and reach confidential 18+ support helplines.

Play within your limits

At 91 Club, we want every player to enjoy our games as entertainment, not as a way to earn income or escape personal problems. Before you open the app, decide exactly how much you are comfortable spending. Treat that amount the way you would a movie ticket or a restaurant meal: once it is gone, the session ends. A practical starting point for casual players is capping weekly spend at no more than 1 to 2% of monthly take-home pay, then reviewing that figure each month.

Never gamble with money set aside for rent, utility bills, EMIs, or groceries. Avoid playing when you are tired, stressed, or have been drinking. Keep gambling balanced against other activities, time with family, exercise, and hobbies all help maintain perspective. Review your transaction history inside the 91 Club app regularly; seeing real numbers is the most honest check on your own habits.

Warning signs of problem gambling

Problem gambling can develop slowly. Common behavioural signs include spending more time or money than you planned, chasing losses to try to recover what you have already spent, lying to family about how much you play, neglecting work or studies, and borrowing money or selling possessions to fund deposits. Emotional signs include constant preoccupation with upcoming sessions, needing to stake higher amounts to feel the same excitement, and sharp mood swings tied to wins and losses.

If gambling has become a way to cope with anxiety, boredom, or depression rather than a leisure activity, that is a clear warning sign. Acknowledging the pattern early, and using the account tools described below, makes it far easier to regain control than waiting until the problem is severe.

Deposit, loss and time limits

91 Club provides three types of player-set limits inside the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings. A deposit limit caps how much you can add to your wallet over a chosen period, daily, weekly, or monthly. A loss limit stops play automatically once your net losses reach the threshold you define in the same timeframe. A session time limit triggers a prompt, and, if you choose, a forced logout, after a set number of minutes, which is useful if you tend to lose track of time.

Limits take effect immediately when you lower them and require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they can be raised again. This asymmetry is intentional: it protects you from impulsive decisions made during a losing streak. You can fund your wallet via UPI apps such as PhonePe, Google Pay, or BHIM, all of which display your full payment history, giving you a second independent record of your spending alongside the in-app transaction log.

Self-exclusion and cool-off

If limits alone are not enough, 91 Club offers two stronger options. A cool-off period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) suspends your ability to deposit or play while leaving your account intact. It is designed for players who recognise they need a short break without permanently closing their account. A self-exclusion closes your account for a minimum of six months, up to five years, or permanently. During self-exclusion you cannot reopen or create a new account, and any pending withdrawals are processed to your verified payment method.

To activate either option, go to Account → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion or contact our support team directly. Once self-exclusion is active it cannot be reversed within the chosen period, even on request, this firmness is a feature, not a limitation, because it removes the temptation to talk yourself out of the break during a vulnerable moment.
